looking for some info on wher to shop for a turbo motor

got this camaro thats been registered for a couple years but not driving on the street because of 13-1 motor and block half filled with grout,anyways still wanna go fast without spray and looking to go turbo.Any local machine shops anybody can recomend to build a motor and help with the turbo?
