Merlin II Block

What is the most cubes I can get out of a Merlin II block? I was once told 582, but last week the word was 630. Its a standard deck block, never been cut. Any insight would be appreciated.

used to be 582 with a short deck block.
Now they are building 598s with the short deck,
if its a tall deck block then 632 is easy.
