*Your kidding right!!??
*Do you want to have a rematch?
*You lost 1st round because of me?
*Should install the trans brake so I can stage shallow?
*Should I set the Vette to run 10.50 and fender race?
*Should I set the Vette to run 11.504 @ 72mph?
*The video has a clip of us doing a burnout. I roll out out of the burnout with you following me. The next clip is us staged. Am I watching the correct video?
*If I set the Vette to run quicker, I dont need to stage deep.

Are you calling me OUT??
I will let it loose so you can see how slow it is. You saw 2 lights on? Maybe correct, but was the Mustang still doing his burnout when I was staged? The video had him along side of me. Also, If I am staging deep and the Mustang is staging shallow - who has the advantage? You don't need to be racing for a long time to figure this out.
So, the Vette should have a trans brake so he can stage shallow?

OH, since you think the Vette is slow, What is the Vette able to run all out? This should be a good answer.

NOT FAIR USING A COMPUTER IN INDEX RACING??? Is the pot calling the Kettle BLACK!!?? So you think I should fender race? Use a mid 10 second vehicle to run int he 11.50?

I see where this is going. What ever I do will not be fair, but what ever is done by others will be fair regardless of what that maybe.

Do you think I just started this racing stuff last week?

I am alsways will to run heads up. I will give you an idea to what I can run. The Mustang had a 1.51 sixty foot against me. I have gone quicker then that foot braking the Vette. So who has the slow GAY Vette? Oh, The Vette is 1 of 600 made. So I guess I have something of value, not just a me too car.

Who needs a transbrake to run int he 11.50???

Most if not all foot brake it.

I think there is only a hand full of racers in the 10.00 using a transbrake.

Go figure.

Dude... if you knew how to read you would see i asked Arnie a question.Youre starting a huge pissing match over everything but what i asked.I am fairly new to this but after all your years of racing you should know what "Courtesy" staging is.Bottom line is you had both lites on and your deepstage set before i was even close to setting the top bulb.Youre definetly not gonna gain any friends racing like that !!!!

I dont know where the deepstage/transbrake debate came from ? If brakes were not allowed i would footbrake not a big deal.....You take out your plugnplay computer and ill run the index with correct mph ok buddy ? I dont know how i fender race and run the same mph every time i must be damn good.......

I built my car from the ground up myself !!! Its been in magazines won carshows and races.Anyone can go on ebay and buy a limited edition vette !! You really think youre someone special ?

I would hope with all the money you got in your vette you could beat a little 302 heads up but i doubt it !!!!

Pissing match? Who is giving me the finger int he post? You asked a question with a statement. Reread your post. Did he have the bulbs on, it appeared that he did.
I built my Mustang from the ground up also. It has been in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords, Super Ford and 5.0. The point here is???

The Lap Top thing? I set the car to run 11.50 to 11.55. WOW, my mph is what? My mph is 117 to 118mph. You going to tell me your Mustang is setup to runt he 11.50? I guess if you lift at the same spot everytime, you will run the same ET everytime. I use the computer to make it fair. If you noticed the race with you I ran 11.57 or 11.59 (dont rememeber w/o looking) and that was flat out with a tap of the brakes at the stripe. So, I should not use the computer and lift just before the 1,000 foot?

I knocked the top bulb out when you where in. Courtsey staging works great when both drivers are stagingt he same. When one driver is staging deep and the other one is shallow - that is a big gap in time for the person deep staging. Yes, I have been racing for awhile. When someone is deep staging, it is a challenge to get in. Some or if most people that deep stage will get timed out because of the other driver having both bulbs on.

I dont have much money inthe Vette as you may think. But I do know it would take out your 302. My Mustang has more invested in it then my Vette. So it is 1 of 616. Big deal. I am out there beating the shit out of it. Lets see a little 302, what can it do. Well, I built one that ran 10.20's on pump gas. That was on a low budget build (spare parts & borrowed parts). Oh yeah, that too was also in the magazine.

What started this so you are clear, is that you have the middle finger up at me. Not that I am a baby - but thought it was a very fare race. I guess you don't think so. There are three more events. The next one I will be in Memphis racing in the NMCA LSX Index Rumble (defending my title). We will meet up at the 10-24-09 event. :D

And what body shop did u build ur mustang from the ground up? also i think his point is they put any piece in the magazine. but nice cars are rare aka urs = piece of crap mustang that u so called built compared to a real home built car that was on the cover and will beat urs anytime. without a computer. u say a trans brake for 11.50 how bout a computer for 11.50? and using a computer to make it fair? Dont go cryin to ur bf's now. get schooled by a kid

To jrRacer24:
Who got schooled by a kid? Not me. :D Funny how you are not the owner or driver of the mustang but have so much to say. I don't even know the name of the guy that owns the Mustang, But this is between me and jrRacer24. Do you have a Mustang that will school me?

My Mustang was built in my garage. But since you speak like you know everything - Then you should know everything about my Mustang. So there is no need for me to say anything else about it. I am calling you out. Thats right. Bring the Mustang if you are allowed and cash!!!
You said it will beat mine, prove it. Straight up Heads Up on a .400 tree on 10-28-2009 at Raceway Park Englishtown, NJ.

I will not be replying again on here not worth my time, will see if there is a race.

Hey, what are you adjusting in your ECM go get it to run 11.50? Man, I've been racing since 1990, always been EFI since the day I bought the car. I have never, ever changed the tune in it to get it to run a specific number. Maybe I'm not as smart as I thought I was............... :(

I used to Deep Stage last year for the 10.0 Class, but that was out-lawed. I adpated and learned how to use my Trans Brake this year, hurts my damn back! My car only 60's in the high 1.5 range and only goes .120 to .140 on the 500 Pro Tree. I used to go .010 to .030 Deep though............

Now I'm hitting a 125hp shot of juice at the release of the Trans Brake so I can hit the tree and run the 10.0 #. The nitrous is on a timer, only on for 1.2 to 1.5 seconds............. I never touch the tune in the ECM unless the weather changes a bunch.

As a shallow stager, how is it a problem when the other driver puts on both bulbs before you prestage? There is no such thing as Courtesy staging and it has been replaced with autostart. If the other driver fully stages before you turn on your prestage light you have no time limit to light your top bulb. Once you decide to light your prestage you then the have a full 10 seconds to light the stage bulb. Once both stage light are on the tree will come down at a random intervel which I believe is roughly 2 seconds ish. As a rule the deep stager needs to get in first. To a deep stager prestage + staged light = only prestaged. He (or she) still needs to go in further an put off the top bulb to be fully staged. Reversing the example if a shallow stager puts both bulbs on the deep stager has forever to light the prestage. Once the prestage light is on they have 10 seconds to light the staged bulb but only 2 seconds or less to get fully staged. Many times the deep stager is still bumping in as the tree is activating.

Not taking any sides here. Hopefully clearing thing up about the deep stage and autostart things.

Courtesy staging and no-deep staging is a common rule in all of the heads up classes.. Courtesy staging is definitely in effect at E-town, they allow deep in 11.50 as these guys crossed over from the Corvette 11.50 where it's done all the time.
